We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no hidden delivery fees.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days for production and packaging. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

The estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days worldwide from the date of dispatch (not from the date of purchase). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and carrier availability.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow a few additional business days. If an order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact our support team at support@enzo-romano.com and we will investigate for you.
